Best Mexican food in town They have a good salsa bar with home made salsas. Taco Tuesdays are mini Street tacos for 1.25. They have the best carnitas meat I've ever tried I love the birria variety they have as well I got the tacos and tamales with rice today. Friendly staff fresh great tasting food and speedy service. They are also opening up a new location on Greenville street where Corner bagel used to be. If you haven't tried them you better run on over there

El Taco is the best restaurant in Anderson. Both locations are fantastic. The owner (Sergio) is super nice. I’ve been coming here for years and seriously have never had a bad meal. It’s all amazing. Lately I’ve been hooked on the Cabadas Torta which may be the perfect sandwich and it’s massive. Mexibowl, quesadillas, tacos, whatever...you can’t go wrong!!

Fresh tasty tacos every order. Mt personal favorites are the Birria tacos. I normally dine in, and they give you a basket of fresh chips and you can enjoy them with one of the several sauces they have at self serve sauce counter or try their amazing Guacamole small is big enough for 1 person and the large is good for sharing. This is my favorite taco restaurant. Oh, and I wash the chips and tacos down with a cold Mexican coke; sugar cane coke tastes so much better than the American corn syrup coke. I've had just about all their tacos and they're all delightful. I've had several of the quesadillas and burritos; I can never finish the burrito LOL. Give this place a try. I'm gonna sat you'll enjoy your food because I know I do every time I am here.

Been coming here for years. I just wanted to say I’ve always ordered the birria tacos. They are always made to perfection! I’ve tried the same tacos two other places and let me add L taco Is the only place I’ll go for birria tacos! They have the best birria meat! Seasoned so well and you don’t find fat in it at all! Wonderful place

1000/10 Mexican restaurant in Anderson. Probably the best tacos I have ever had, ESPECIALLY the chipotle lime taco. I’ve been to a lot of places in my day, and this one seems to be the one that not only has the most choices, but also seasons to perfection. The only thing that probably was ok was the shrimp, but everything else is so beyond good I really don’t even care about that. If you haven’t been here yet, do so ASAP.

Different from what we are used to only because this is more traditional. In the OH/WVa/PA area, you walk in, sit down, get chips, etc. Here you go to the ordeing area, order, get chips, get your choice of salsa from the salsa bar, then sit down and wait for your order. No one comes and checks on you, etc. I'm not saying this is bad at all. It's just different from what we are used to. That being said, the food was fantastic, came quick, the selection was good, and the people we interacted with were very nice. It is more of an "eat-in diner" style. Would definitely recommend it.

Great street tacos, and super good price. They’re pretty small, I could have eaten 5 or 6
